I can’t believe it’s been more than a year since we met in August 2019 and started working together long distance while I still lived in Seattle! With the historic roads and endless beauty here in Bucks County, I couldn’t imagine how anyone could ever learn their way around. From day one when I arrived to look at property, you proved to be my perfect, patient, and of course, knowledgeable real estate guide. When we couldn’t find anything that really suited me in my price range, I think it was wise to switch gears to find a suitable rental. But on July 5th, we found the perfect home for me in New Hope, made our offer its first day on the market, and immediately found ourselves working through a complicated post-inspection negotiation. And time was of the essence since the seller had a very tight window to closing. Over the course of buying two homes previously, one in St. Louis, the other in Seattle, I have never had the opportunity to work with someone with so much knowledge about property issues or such brilliant negotiating skills as you. This is certainly not an exaggeration. You made me and the purchase of my new home a huge priority down to every last detail.
